Pricing and Product Description
We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images and descriptions for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour or small differences in measurements between the image/description and the actual product.
All measurements are done to a products furthest extremities.
Your personal details
When you place your order we require your personal details to process the order. As well as your name, and address details we need a contact telephone and email address so that we can get in touch with you in case there are any problems.
We will only use this information for contacting you in relation to orders or for offers and promotions that we may feel will be of interest to you. We treat this information as confidential and will not disclose, sell or pass it on to any other individuals or companies.
General Terms and Conditions

You warrant that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

Your contract for purchases made through roomremedies.co.uk is with Room Remedies and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
